Wierd rash and bumps?

Ive got little ITCHY red bumps on my skin, about 7 on my left arm, five or 6 on my stomach, and 4 or 5 on my upper left leg.They start out small and once I scratch them they get bigger and start bleeding. The wierdest thing is they are all on the left side of my body!?!?! What could this be?|||The skin rash page below may help with a diagnosis.|||Could be scarlet fever
