Do the side effects go away during treatment??

i am currently taking accutane and have suffered severely chapped lips due to a common side effect. i am on my 2nd month of treatment. I was wondering has this happend to anyone else before. and does it eventually go away during treatment or do i have to wait until i get finished with my treatment. i also have a mild skin rash on my arms and hands. is that normal? please help!|||maybe.
