I have this rash what is it called...?

everytime i scratch my skin hard or for a long time i get these huggeee red bumps on my skin... i have it RIGHT now on my back and it hurts sooo badd... what is it called and what should i put on it?|||No idea what it is called...just a rash. Put hydrocortizone cream on it and then an ice pack. You'll feel better in no time.|||it could just be that you have dry skin, I usually use Curel lotion, we have hard water and it really dries my skin out|||I have the same problem. I usually put a Ice Pack on it to stop the swelling and then lotion or aloe vera to stop the itching.
