Road rash treatment?

my wife fell of a bike has moderate skin damage, looking to treat, anybody know what cream I should usr for the first couple of weeks.|||I would recommend any over the counter antibiotic cream two times a day, keep the wound clean and dry otherwise, let it get some air in the day as well. See a doctor if it seems to get worse, good luck
