I have a rash just on my elbows. looks like hives&been there for a few days. what could it be?

the same thing happened when i took pennicillian and amoxcicillan. and i know im allergic to those. i was recently put on an antiviral and i stopped taking that per dr orders. it seemed to help a little but my elbows are red, rashy and swollen. im irritated and frusterated and want it to go away. what do i do? im not feverish i can breath just fine its just my skin. is this serious?|||This might be a winter thing with wearing sweaters etc and elbows getting more contact than they are used to. It might be a version of dermititis herpetiformis which is a skin condition that can be caused by eating the gluten found in wheat, rye or barley.
