SHAVING RASH: My boyfriend shaved his legs last night for charity?

...And now every time he gets goosebumps (every few seconds) he is in agonising pain due to the hair breaking the skin and making it bleed. Can anyone give some advice on how to stop it hurting until hair grows back?|||K this is just a stab in the dark but if you put lotion and baby powder on his legs they will dry up quickly and stop the irratation.
