Itching, burning sensation all over body, no rash...?

Ok, this has been going on almost 3 mths, no relief. Only thing that works is Benadryll at night. Skin biopsy inconclusive, Dermatologist didn't know, had my sons' dr. prescribe scabies lotion just in case, no relief. Took broad-spectrum antibiotic, just in case, no relief.
