I have some kind of rash on the bottom of my feet and the palms of my hands which I think comes from touching?

my feet the whatever starts as a tiny blister with fluid in it and then it itches and when it breaks I think thats what spreads it. Then the area dries out and I can pull patches of dried skin off but it never gets any better.|||You need to see a doctor.
