Weird rash on my arm?

I have small red circles under my skin in my left arm. its about two inches below my sholder and goes a little past my elbow. its on the inside of my arm. it looks like chiggers, but is not chiggers. it doesnt itch or burn or feel any different than normal. I'm not that concerned, but just wondering if anyone knows what it is. I can give additional details if you have questions.|||It could be a fungal infection, like ring worm.. try "Tinerderm" (something like that), it treats just about all fungal skin infections and is harmless if its not a fungal infection.
