Babys skin irritated?

i breast feed my 13 week old daugher and when she gets her daily bath i try my best to clean in the creases of her neck- recently i noticed creamy milk i guess in there and i wiped it out with a sensitive wipe and she startd bleeding a little! i putsome a and d on and ive been wiping her more often during the day, but now she developing a horrible rash all around her neck n up the back of her head... i dont know what to think or do. i used disney natural care eczema cream on a previous rash on her face... i just dont want it to get worse and its really hard to get under there shes very defiant! i feel like i am hurting her n she squirms so much... any advie? thanks!|||you can put breast milk on it!! yep, sounds weird but its true! it can cure all sorts of things, like rashes.

.|||Take her to the doctors, It might be something else.|||the creamy stuff could be puss? or some other skin secretion? see a pediatrition right away. it'll only get worse until you get the right meds.|||this sounds strange, but I have chubby kids who get rashes under their neck rolls and armpits and stuff. I put a little boudroxS (sp?) butt paste anywhere that it couldn't get in their mouth and it would clear up in a day or 2, but it will stain light colored clothing|||if it gets worse she may need a prescription ointment. Also try using BAG BALM. it is made for cow utters, but i will tell you what, it clears my son's diaper rash and any other rash he has had in mere hours. My sister bought me it, and she used to use it on her kids. it is amazing, and you can get it at a local grocery store.|||Sounds as if she may have a little yeast on her skin. Talk to her doc.

A yeast ("monilia") infection can show up in different ways. On the tongue, it is called thrush and looks like dried milk which, unlike milk, cannot be scraped off. In the diaper area, yeast looks like an intense red rash, often with smaller bumps around the edges. Yeast loves moist, dark areas, so you'll find it in the creases of the thighs (unlike an irritation rash in which the creases are spared from the rash).Yeast is treated with anti-yeast liquid medicine (for thrush) or cream (for the diaper area).
