Sensitive skin?

My legs feel like they are burning, the inside of my thighs, and that do not touch,

there are no rash or red marks. What's going on?|||Sounds like a reaction to either soap, water, or your clothes.

If its soap, you have to change the soap you wash with and use moisturizer after each shower. You should change to something that is fragrance free like Cetaphil. Same goes for the lotion. Either Cetaphil or Eucerine.

If you have municipal water. it could be the chemical additives they use to kill bacteria. It's usually chlorine, and usually at very high levels. If you own your home, you could get a water softener and carbon filter, that would take care of anything that could be irritating your skin. If you rent, you could get a chlorine filter for your shower head. They are usually sold in natural food stores and online.

If it's your laundry soap. You should change to something that is free from dyes, perfumes, and optical brighteners.

I would recommend Seventh Generation brand if you can get it. Some people do do fine with Tide free and clear.

You could also try only wearing cotton clothes and avoiding anything made from wool, cashmier, and man made fibers.|||See your doctor.
