I developed a "heat rash" on 8/7/06 between my legs , then i got "jock itch" which was suppose 2 b goneby 9/10

the rashs comes and goes, depending on how much i walk at work, but as soon as the jock itch started to go away i developed these little white bumps on the fore skin of my penis (not the head)which makes it painful to walk! (its not herpes) i just really need an answer as to what is going on with my penis it is scaring me! what is it? how did i get it? how do u get rid of it? if any1 has any clue as to what is going on i would greatly appriciate it if you would reply with answers! someone please help!!!!|||it sounds like heat rash with fungus on it, a simple solution would be to use that cream that women use for yeast infections. that will take care of the fungus and make it stop itching
