My Dog Has a bad rash all over his face.?

His face looks horrible. It's like all of his fur around his face is gone and now hes got huge scabs of blood on his face. He also has a little bit on his foot. Everyday it looks worse. Now he has yellow gooey stuff in his eye Me, my mom, and my grandma don't know what to do. We put this blue stuff called "Benadene Hot spot Skin Remedy" on it but all it does is dry it out and make it itchy.Can u help us? Please and Thank u.|||Take him to a vet. The Vet gave a a few injections and a medicated shampoo, but the most important advice she gave him was to ensure the dog only ate dogfood. They call them hot spots, they get to hot and sweaty, they lick it raw or dig with their claws. Sometimes if they don't dry good after getting wet it causes rashes. don't panic, though, mange generally sounds worse than it is if you treat it - basically it's an infection from a kind of small tick that is easily treatable.

What does it take for some people to take their pets to the vet. this one really irritates me, your dog should have been at the vets office when this first accoured, sounds like you mom and grandma don't give a hoot about your dogs welfare, If you cant do it right best give up the dog where it can have a proper home and get the proper attention. hope your other two dogs are in better shape.
