I have a wierd red rash on my belly. What do you think it is?

Its like lots of red dots under my skin on my belly. How do you think i can get rid of it?|||i hope it not chicken pox!|||Take some Benadryl.|||sounds like shingles go see your doctor they are the chick pox virus and very contagious if that's what it is
