I have this bad rash that looks like a bunch of pimples densly packed together how can i treat it?

now it looks like a mound of red hard painful itchy skin.|||the location of the rash could help to tell what it is, if its on your crotch you may have herpes, if its on another part of your body it could be something elseTry rubbing it with hydrocortisone creme ( which can be gotten at any pharmacy) and see your doctor if it doesn't cleat up in a couple of days..
